You ordered from us, but you don't like the product or you received a damaged item? No problem!
We make returns easier
We have stopped using paper return receipts. The following link will take you to our returns portal , where you can process your return and exchange online using your order number (starts with #SDN-) and email address .
Our return policy
You can return unused items to us within 30 days. As soon as we receive your return, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the return. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded. Processing and refunding can take up to 7 days. See our cancellation policy for more information.
What you cannot return
Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and sent back to us in the original packaging. Of course, it is okay to test an item as you would in a store, but please do not reuse items that you want to return.
